Punch the skin you have cut and use a pair of scissors to make it the shape of the cut you want to cover. Use a needle and thread to suture the skin on the wound. Put a sponge on top and remove the air from it and then put a soft shield to protect the surgery. Soon Sally's thigh will be as good as new.
